last sun trainin was crazy ....totally CRAZY!!!!
we swam 4 3 hrs +++ under a new coach.
fine. she's new to me. cause my coach left...
n she -ex.coach- was only wif us 4 lik,..... 2 1/2 mth.
mayb cause d parents keep co mplainin abt her.
n so i think its best she quits. n in d end she relle did. which was quite sad. cause was startin to adapt to her.

well, the gd thing is dat....
coach zhao is comin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES!

currently being taught by a russian coach who's .... nvm.
hahas. d nxt day- mon my whole arm was aching so badly i couldnt move it n my wrist was lik broken or sth. 2hrs trainin n 1 hr +++ gym...obviously i almost died.
